The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
2. Refund Method
For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
3. Processing Time
Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider
